PRE-INFORMATION FORM
1) Product and Payment Information
The type, kind, quantity, color, sales price including all taxes, payment method, and main characteristics of the goods or services subject to the contract are specified on the order screen.
Payments made via Jacchuse.com are exclusively processed using the Iyzico secure payment infrastructure with credit and debit cards.
Wire transfer/EFT and cash on delivery options are not available.
The number of installments for the total order to be transferred to your bank is specified on the order screen. Banks may apply their own campaigns and installment deferral practices; this is beyond the control of Jacchuse.com.
2) Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process, through the contracted shipping company.
If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address, the SELLER is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation.
Costs incurred if the product waits at the cargo company or is returned are borne by the BUYER.
3) Delivery Time
The product is delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the contract date. The responsibility for the product until delivery belongs to the SELLER.
4) Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without stating any reason.
The product price is refunded within 10 days after the withdrawal notification reaches the seller.
In case of returns due to withdrawal, the shipping fee is covered by the SELLER.
For discounted or campaign products, only exchanges are made, and returns are not accepted. Returns are not accepted for seasonal products. Mandatory consumer rights arising from legal regulations are reserved.
Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: Discounted or campaign products, end-of-season products, products with removed tags, used or washed products, products that have lost their resalability.
5) Additional Fees
No extra cost is imposed on the consumer due to the use of the website.
6) Price and Commitment Validity
The prices and commitments stated in this form are valid for 30 days.
7) Continuous Services
There is no sale of continuous or periodic services.
8) Indefinite Term Product Sales
There is no sale of indefinite term or commitment-based products lasting longer than one year.
9) Complaint and Application Authorities
The BUYER may make complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the place of their residence.
10) Unauthorized Use of Credit Card
In case of unauthorized use of a credit card, the relevant transaction will be processed within the scope of Law No. 5464 and related regulations.
11) Buyer's Default
In case of buyer's default, the Installment Sales article of the Law on Consumer Protection will be applied.

3.3 – Deferred Sale Provisions
Installment sales transactions can only be made via bank credit cards. Regulations regarding interest and default interest are valid within the scope of the credit card agreement made with the bank.
Return Procedure
Credit Card Refund
In returns made due to the right of withdrawal or a decision by the arbitration committee, the refund for products purchased in installments is made by banks in installments. Jacchuse.com cannot make cash refunds; the refund process is carried out according to the bank's procedures.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The return shipping fee is covered by the SELLER.
For a return, the product must be unused, and its original tag and packaging must be preserved.
ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

ARTICLE 7 – FORCE MAJEURE AND DEFAULT
In cases of force majeure events beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, fire, war, transportation obstacles, delivery may be delayed.
ARTICLE 8 – AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes, the Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence are authorized.
BUYER and SELLER APPROVAL
If the order is placed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
