1) Secure Payment with SSL Certificate and Iyzico

All transactions made on our site are protected by an SSL certificate. Your credit card information is not viewed or stored by us.

All payment transactions are carried out through the Iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Your order will be processed after your payment is successfully approved.

Our company only accepts online card payments.


2) Order and Delivery Information

Your orders begin to be prepared after payment approval.

Your orders are shipped from our Istanbul-based warehouse via our contracted cargo company. Products in stock are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days at the latest.

For products requiring special production or supply processes, the delivery time is stated on the product page.

In case of any delay during delivery, you will be informed by e-mail or phone.

For your order to be delivered smoothly, your delivery address information must be entered completely and accurately.

 

3) Exchange and Return Policy

While customer satisfaction is our priority, the following conditions apply:

Exchange

  • You can request an exchange within 14 days from the product delivery date.
  • Products to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
  • Only exchanges can be made for discounted products.

Return

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for seasonal products.
  • Returns and exchanges cannot be made for used, washed, unlabelled, or unsaleable products.


4) Payment Tracking

In case of any technical error during the payment process, the system will provide the necessary information.

After an order is created, an automatic order confirmation email is sent to you. Therefore, it is important to enter your email address correctly.

In case of missing or incorrect delivery address, the customer will be contacted and necessary corrections will be made.


5) Cargo Delivery and Damaged Products

It is recommended that you check the package with the cargo officer when receiving your order.

If you find any crushing, tearing, or product damage in your package:

  • Do not accept the product.
  • Ask the cargo officer to prepare a damage detection report.
