Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK ("Law")

  • To obtain information about the purposes of the processing activity,

  • To know the third parties to whom Jacchuse (www.jacchuse.com) transfers personal data within the country or abroad,

  • To request the erasure or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,

  • To request that the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the operations performed in case of a request for correction, erasure or destruction of personal data,

  • To object to the occurrence of an unfavorable outcome for the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and

  • To obtain a copy of their personal data.
