1) Product and Payment Information
The type, kind, quantity, color, sales price (including all taxes), payment method, and basic specifications of the goods or services covered by the contract are specified on the order screen.

The number of installments to be paid for the order total to be sent to your bank is specified on the order screen. Banks may implement their own campaigns and installment deferrals; these are beyond Jacchuse.com's control.
2) Shipping and Delivery
Packaging, shipping, and delivery costs are covered by the Buyer.

Delivery will be made by the contracted courier company to the address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process.
If the Buyer is not at the delivery address, the SELLER is deemed to have fulfilled its obligations.

3) Delivery Time
The product will be delivered within 30 days of the contract date. The SELLER is responsible for the product until delivery.
4) Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days of product delivery.
The product price will be refunded within 10 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the Seller.
The shipping costs for returns due to withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.
5) Additional Fees
There are no additional costs to the consumer due to the use of the website.
6) Validity of Price and Commitment
The prices and commitments specified in this form are valid for 30 days.
7) Continuous Services
There are no continuous or periodic service sales.
8) Indefinite-Term Product Sales
There are no sales of products with indefinite-term or longer-than-one-year commitments.
9) Complaint and Application Authorities
The BUYER may submit complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence.
10) Unauthorized Use of Credit Card
In the event of unlawful use of a credit card, the relevant action will be carried out in accordance with Law No. 5464 and related regulations.
11) Default of the Buyer
In the event of default by the Buyer, the Installment Sales article of the Consumer Protection Law will apply.

This agreement is drawn up for the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER from the Jacchuse.com website and to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3.3 – Deferred Payment Terms

Return Procedure
A) Credit Card Refund
For returns based on the right of withdrawal or an arbitration board decision, banks will refund products purchased in installments. Jacchuse.com cannot issue cash refunds; the refund process will be carried out in accordance with the bank's procedures.

B) Refunds for Payments Made by Wire Transfer/EFT

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Return shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.
The product must be unused, with its original label and packaging intact for return.
ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Underwear products
Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Custom-made products
Products whose packaging has been opened or used
Cosmetic products (if the packaging has been opened)
ARTICLE 7 – FORCE MAJEURE AND DEFAULT
Delivery may be delayed in cases beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, fire, war, or transportation obstacles.
ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT
In case of disputes, the Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees in the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction.
