Shipping & Refund & Return Policy
1) Payment by Wire Transfer / EFT
If you prefer, you can place your order by wire transfer or EFT to our bank account.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and the preparation process will begin.
2) Payment by Credit Card
You can pay securely on our website with all debit and credit cards.
You can choose single payment or installment payment options through the Iyzico platform.
After your online payment is completed, your order amount will be deducted from your card.
In case of stock issues or order cancellations, your credit card refund will be processed within 3 business days at the latest.
3) Order Refund
If your order is canceled for any reason, Jacchuse will process the refund within 3 business days.
To ensure a prompt refund:
Your bank account information,
Your credit card information (required for the refund process),
must be provided to us accurately and completely.
4) Delivery Information and Cash on Delivery
At Jacchuse, we strive to ship your orders the same day.
For products requiring a specific delivery time, the estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days, as stated in the product details.
You will be notified of any possible delays.
For a smooth delivery, we recommend that you specify your current address as the delivery address.
Your orders are shipped from our Istanbul-based warehouse via PTT Cargo.
Products will be delivered to the courier within 2 business days of order confirmation.
About Cash on Delivery
• Orders placed with cash on delivery are delivered to the courier the following business day.
• A 30 TL collection service fee is charged by the courier company and applies to all cash on delivery orders.
• If an order is returned and free shipping is used, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5) Payment Tracking
If a system error occurs during payment, you will be notified on the page.
If there is a missing or incorrect delivery address, Jacchuse will contact the customer who placed the order and attempt to resolve the issue.
After the order is placed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
Therefore, it is important to enter your email address correctly.
We are responsible for the delivery of your package to both the customer and the banks that provide the payment infrastructure.
Please Note:
When your package is delivered, open and inspect the product in the presence of the courier.
If you suspect the product is damaged:
• DO NOT accept the product.
• Have a courier company employee prepare a report.
Once the product is received, the courier company is deemed to have performed its duty properly.
